We collect the information needed to run Global Sports ID, including account details, profile information, photos, highlight links, messages, push tokens, and recruiting activity inside the app.

We use this information to operate accounts, display profiles, support messaging, send security and account emails, improve the product, and maintain platform safety and reliability.

Profile information may be visible to other users depending on your role, profile visibility settings, and how the platform is designed. Public and private settings affect messaging flow, but core recruiting discovery may still show your profile to the relevant user type.

Global Sports ID uses services such as Supabase for backend infrastructure, Resend for email delivery, and app-store billing providers for subscription purchases. These services may process data needed to deliver the product.

You can update your profile information in settings, request a password reset, and delete your account from within the app when that feature is available. Please only share information you are comfortable using in a recruiting context.

We keep data for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and help prevent abuse or fraud on the platform.
